ABOUT US
Grounded Support Collective is an Australian provider delivering support coordination, behaviour support and psychosocial recovery coaching to participants across the country.
We established Grounded Support Collective in response to a clear gap in the way supports are often delivered. Too often, people are left to navigate complex systems, inconsistent services and unclear communication without the level of coordination or follow-through they need. We believe support should be reliable, well-structured and responsive to the realities of everyday life.
Our work is centred on understanding each person’s circumstances properly - their goals, strengths, support needs, and the factors impacting day-to-day stability and progress. We take a person-centred, strengths-based and trauma-informed approach, recognising the importance of safety, consistency and trust in how support is delivered.
We work closely with participants, families, carers and other providers to build a clear picture of what is happening and what needs to be in place for supports to work well. Whether coordinating services, providing behaviour support, or working alongside someone through recovery coaching, our focus is on ensuring supports are practical, aligned and sustainable over time.
We place a strong emphasis on clear communication, reliability and follow-through, and aim to be a steady and responsive point of contact for the people we work with. Our role is not just to connect services, but to ensure they are working together in a way that is consistent, respectful and genuinely helpful.
